99-Day Return Guarantee You have 99 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We want you to be fully satisfied, and we offer this window to ensure your experience is worry-free.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch with us first by email at support@lurecia.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions for sending your item back. Please note: returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Exchanges If you’d like a different item, please return the original product after approval and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on custom products, perishable goods, gift cards, sale items, or personal care items for hygiene reasons. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may apply. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Costs We do not charge a restocking fee, but customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
